Next Steps Careers was founded by Tate as a way to further the reach of his extensive expertise, experience, and passion for helping others, primarily students & school leavers, to identify and navigate the many career options available to them.

Tate has been helping people from all walks of life with their career journeys for 15 years, whether helping young persons discover new careers and motivation after cancer treatment, helping homeless young people to identify their interests and career options, or school & uni students to discover and understand all of the career options available to them, he is known for his relaxed approach combined with his extensive knowledge and expertise.

Tate prides himself on helping clients understand all options available to them, so that they have confidence to make an informed decision about their first or next career steps
